Well, Andrew Manning, PhD. and Cultural Anthropoloigst with Procter & Gamble is presenting on the topic "Going Home with the Boss: Procter & Gamble's Customer-centric Journey" at this Friday's luncheon at the Cintas Center on the campus of Xavier University from 11:30 - 1:15.
During the presentation Dr, Manning will review techniques P&G uses to obtain consumer insights and a real-life case study where ethnographic insights were translated into products.
